    Mayfield's Jordan Tyler

Mayfield speed demon Jordon Tyler now resides in the Graves County School District and is not with the Cardinals as they begin the new season. Tyler saw limited action last year as a RB, DB and return specialist. He was expected to see considerable time for the Cards on both sides of the ball this year. While not a back breaking loss for MF, it is certainly the first blow to the Cards depth at RB especially during the hotter portion of the season.

So who will Tyler play for this year and how does he project on his new team?

Tyler will be at Graves Co. Beyond that we will have to see but given his speed I would expect him to find immediate play time. His little brother who will be in 8th grade is also now at Graves and he was one of the most dominate middle school players I have ever seen

Usually don't see good football players leave mayfield and go to graves.

I am told Tyler will be ineligible for Graves if he goes there.

He did not want to go but his family is making him go. Snake I was told he was at Graves practice this morning.

I am confused, did his family move? If so, why would he be ineligible?

They did move to the Graves district just a short distance from the Mayfield line and it appears he is eligible as he is at practice with Graves. The reason for the move involves a problem involving a brother and I do not want to air a family's laundry here but will send each of you a pm and you can decide if it is suitable for disclosure here but I am not going to post it

Just going with my sources. He might practice but not play, I'm not sure about how it goes.

Which is completely against KHSAA rules ... ...
He can not practice unless he is declared eligible.
