So far, CAL is showing that they are more separated from everyone in 2A than some thought. Almost seems like they should be up by more.

Brendt Babin is a very nice young back. He's just a sophomore, correct? I, for one, will be happy to see him shipped off to 3A next year.

Mayfield is going to have to find a way to steal some points or I dont see them coming back.

Cardinals have a distinct quickness advantage but are being forced to look for their success outside because they can't manufacture any gaps between tackles. The wildcat look with Guthrie was a good call to try to loosen that middle up.

Mayfield has tried the screen game and it is not working that well.

May have to get creative on Offense with jet sweeps or gadgets. Defensively, the Cards have to turn CAL over.

At this rate CAL is just going to grind them down and break their spirit.

I see Jimmy Reed down there handing out awards.

What an Ambassador for Kentucky High School Football.

    Excellent analysis.

I am really impressed with CAL so far.

I would like to see Mayfield score right away to start the 2nd half to make it interesting.

This game ain't over yet. .Mayfield had a great rep for making haft me adjustments. With that said, they can't afford giving up many more points ....cause CAL will grind it up then throw over you .

I was about to mention Mayfield's history of making adjustments at halftime...I'll be shocked if they don't get right back in this game.

Mayfield always does a good job of making halftime adjustments.
