Surely it is not their first regional championship ever, is it?

Wow sounds like a great game. Any details? Did Conner miss an extra point? Or did they go for the win and didnt get it?

Did Christian Webster play for Conner? It looked like he suffered a nasty calf injury in the fourth quarter of last week's game against Cooper. He was down for a while on the field and they helped him off. I saw him after the Cooper game and he was not able to bend his foot to walk normally.

That obviously would have had an impact on tonight's game.

It is. They'd played in four regional finals prior to tonight and has lost all four - 1975 to Shelby County, 1991 to George Rogers Clark, 2003 to Paul Dunbar, and 2004 to Scott County.

Is the old Richmond Madison part of Madison Central?

Congrats to M.C. players and coaching staff.
After hitting them up for their bowl game, I have been paying attention to them a lot.

Conner kicker missed the PAT in the their second OT possession. Madison Central had to score a TD and make the PAT to win.

I hate that for a kid.
