I saw one of the hardest hits I have ever seen. #4 from LC drilled #14 from Rockastle Co. when #4 was on a punt return. He straight lit him up. #14 was on the ground for a good 3 minutes then from what i heard rolled over and threw up. It was an amazing hit that gave this LC team alot of momentum

Shane Israel was the difference in this game tonight. This kid is the real deal. In the paper it said he had like 14 carries for 170+. That is a first down every time he touches the ball. He had 3 touchdowns, 2 runs of 60+. He looked like Reggie Bush when he stopped on a dime and a defender threw right by him and ran for the TD. This kid is only a sophomore,he will only get better

Tight end play for the knights really impressed me. Made some key blocks and caught some touchdowns. Alex Currie had around 70 yards and 2 touchdowns and Patrick Schwendeman had 110 yards and a touchdown, he also had a interception and 10 tackles.. Defense really stepped it up in the second half and made some big plays. Good luck to the knights in the finals.

Shane Israel is living proof that size is overrated in football.

Why is a 3A team like Rockcastle Co. only playing 12 or 13 players with only 40 on the entire squad?????
