How many wins does your high school football team have?

I saw on Twitter that Ashland's win over Boyd County on Friday made 700 all-time wins for the Tomcats football program.

How many wins do some of the other programs around the state have?

I know Mayfield, Paducah, DuPont Manual, Male, St. Xavier, Henry Clay, Holmes, Newport, and Highlands are some of the older folks in the state. Those programs have gotta be up there in total all-time wins.

Warren Central has 327, carrying a record of 327-261-5 in their 52nd season. It was a bit prettier record before their current 37 game losing streak.

    Some of the other locals:

    Bowling Green: 703-338-35 (98 seasons)
    Franklin-Simpson: 505-243-16 (76 seasons)
    Warren East: 234-302-3 (51 seasons)
Allen County-Scottsville: 224-268 (46 seasons - I don't count Allen County High School like they do, so they'd tell you slightly more)
    Greenwood: 123-193 (30 seasons)
    South Warren: 89-21 (9 seasons)

Cov Cath's varsity record, as of their win on Friday in their 52nd season, is 391-238-1. The tie was back in their first season, 1967, against Williamsburg (OH).

Danville currently has 790 wins in the books, and this is their 96th football season.

Mayfield currently has 892 wins in the books, and this is their 101st football season.

Highlands currently has 896 wins in the books, and this is their 105th football season.

Paducah-Tilghman currently has 787 wins in the books, and this is their 116th football season.

Male currently has 894 wins in the books, and this is their 127th football season.

Owensboro currently has 747 wins in the books, and this is their 127th football season.

I looked but couldn't find any information on wins for Henry Clay, Holmes, Lafayette, Manual, Newport, Paris, Somerset, St. Xavier, and Trinity (I know Trinity only dates back to 1953-54...but still, yeah). I know Bellevue and Dayton are among the older football programs in northern Kentucky as well.

Well after doing a bunch of math to come up with those numbers in post #5, some additional Googling just showed me that @HLpreps ran a story on this yesterday. Looks like in addition to the ones I listed:

Bowling Green has 703 wins in their 98th season.
St. Xavier has 771 wins in their 103rd season.
Somerset has 698 wins in their 113th season.

Historic Kentucky program celebrates 700th football victory

Belfry's are a work in progress.

Unofficially they have 601 wins, but the records from about 1947 back to 1925 are sketchy at best.

For example, there are only 63 games accounted for in that 22-year window.

I would estimate the real number to be around 650.

So good chance that those top 3 all get to 900 this year. Awesome!

That’s pretty impressive when you consider two 0-10 seasons in the late 60’s and two 1-9 campaigns in the John Griggs era.

Beechwood does not have 500 wins? That is surprising.

There is another surprising fact I noticed from your link. Beechwood has the third most championships with 14 but never had an undefeated season.
