Correct. It was 2003 to 2005. I mistyped.Chase split snaps nearly in half his sophomore year with Brad Bardo, but Bardo was moved to tight end near the end of the regular season. Chase started throughout the playoffs in 2003. In 2004 Chase had apendicitis mid season, so Chad Hudephol started a few games and Chase took back over when healthy. Chase started in 2005 as well.

Last time I checked they went out of the playoffs in the same round that your boys did. Then again most of those kids have one state ring, some have two and they all have a state runner up finish. Can your boys say that? Don't answer because we all know what the comeback will be.

By the way, did they get a shirt for being the NKY champions last year? I guess that is better than nothing correct? I guess you should start a thread about SK being the dynasty in Northern Kentucky football.

Seeing the time you posted, you must have been late for work.

Winning 4A state titles are cool until you get it handed to you by the best team in NKY and they put a running clock on you. Then it makes them 4A rings look silly.

So what you are saying is expect another losing season and down year for the Bluebirds?

Glad to see that another thread has been ruined by someone who thinks the world of a team that has won nothing. If you want to come over to the Fort sometime I will let you take a look at all of those trophies and if you are nice enough you can look at the state rings that both my son and I have.

The joke is on you my friend. You posting during lunch break or did you just get off the job?

I am done here. Tired of the countless threads being ruined by the same goofs that get their jollies as adults trying to put down high school kids and their programs.

Doubt if they have more than a couple in mind yet. Long way to go before August.

Another? Oh jeez, that's right. We just had one. Back in 1955. When was your last one?

You are correct that Highlands had a down year though. It happens. Interesting that HHS down year resulted in exiting the playoffs in the same round as SK's most superty duperty team ever.

Put Highlands in the same district as SK and they will get eliminated in week 2 of the playoffs.

The chances of Highlands having a repeat "down" season next year are slim to none and I'd put good money on that. They were down and teams got their shot at them. It won't last long, I can promise you that. Don't poke a sleeping bear...

My Higlands insider said they would be down for several years.
