I hear the baseball program is stacked for the next few years though. The football team would have to tank again this year, which would most likely get rid of BW and then that talk would pick up steam a little more. I do think the HHS football classes of 2019 & 2020 will be a very competitive group that will bring the winning ways back. You will see the contributions of some of those boys this year but IMO you won't see the full extent of it until 2018-2019 season. This is not news to the majority of the HHS faithful.

I was more so making a joke but yeah it will take a few more years of baseball success and football failure for that talk to start.

It will be interesting to see how HHS handles the next class realignment now that Dale is gone.

It will...I agree. But HHS played up in class before Dale was there too. It wasn't all his idea.

What is the current make up of 4A in NKY?

If Cooper and Conner played in 5A with CovCath, Dixie and Grant Cty would the KHSAA allow Highlands to play up?

Any updates on how spring ball went and practice thus far? I believe they are going Mon-Wed-Fri still.

Any good surprises or disappointments(not about kids talents please) on kids not showing up or quiting etc.

So they CAN play this year? Didn't one of the brothers play RB for Highlands last year on varsity? If so, doesn't that mean he has to sit this year at NCC?

Honestly does it matter? 2 kids removed from a roster of 80 plus kids does not make a big difference IMO. Good luck to them at NCC and hopefully they get what they desire.

So who is going to play QB for this team? How many guys will be playing both ways? Have there been any changes on defense in regards to personnel and/or scheme? Will there be improved play on special teams?

I have heard that the D scheme will be switching back to a 3-5, hopefully they have enough athletes.
