Game was tied 8-8 at the half. Good game by both squads.

Great Job Tucker! I bet this boy's mama is still smiling! You know how proud mama Bear's are towards their little ones! You can count on a lot more from this Bear in the next 4 years!

That was exciting.

I had to push her big head thru the car door to get her in when she left Leslie last night her head was so swelled up!!! Just joking Mama Bear - I was proud of him too! Awesome job Tucker! The defense was great again last night too. Way to go Bears!

I was concerned the excitement would be too much. I was looking for a Mama Bear passed out on the visitors' bleachers. I didn't think there was any way he could make it all the way and outrun the entire Leslie offense. It was very impressive. I can think of very few freshmen who have started at linebacker in Harlan County the last 20 years or so.

The defense played well overall, especially against the run, giving up only 2 yards. Jordan Calton did a good job of getting pressure on the quarterback. Cody Taylor made a lot of plays at cornerback.

Is Leslie that improved from last year?

Double . I am sure they are better b/c they could not get much worse, no disrespect intended.

Good Game! Good to see a little bit of passing, should open up the way for TJ, Marcus, and Coty a little more! All three played well! We have 3 excellent backs that bring something different to the field. I think we can really wear teams down with that three headed beast! Coach Larkey's comment in the paper about not knowing Tucker could run like that was dead on! I've said for the last two years he has that deceptive speed! Of course it don't hurt when you can run over them either! He may have earned a chance to make that 3 headed beast a four headed monster!

Not even my kid and I was climbing the fence about to have a heart attack!

Leslie's lack of depth killed them in this game. Only dressed 23. It was real slobber knocker, though. Lelsie just can't get over the hump. Lelsie only has 5 seniors and 3 juniors, so things are looking up. I was proud of them, and the way they came out and really stood toe to toe with Harlan co. and that huge offensive line.

Randen Collett is a beast!! Double and triple teamed all night and was still a force.. Thats all we heard from the Harlan CO. O-line after the game, what a beast 61 was.

It sounds like Leslie gave a big effert but ran out of gas. I expected HC to roll early in this one.

T.J. 8 carries, Cody 11 carries, Marcus 20 carries. TJ played some blocking back part of the game and caught one pass.

Good job coach Larkey. A lot of Rock people miss ya. Taught me a lot at Rock, wish you played closer to home.

Is Coach Koogler leaving next season? I have heard rumors that Mike Whitaker is going back to Leslie.

I think Mike would be a great fit for the Leslie Co. Program. If anyone could get it back on the right track it would be him.
