    Glasgow 34 Bardstown 0

Scotties build a 28-0 halftime lead and cruise from there. Bardstown had a few scoring chances, but turnovers and other mistakes kept them out of the end zone in a very solid defensive effort by Glasgow.

Too much Tavion Parrish in this one. He had three of the first-half touchdowns and had to have 100 yards rushing in the first half. He was quite impressive.

Anybody got any final stats on this one including who got Glasgow's last TD?

Got some more info on the game:

Turns out I underestimated Parrish's totals in a big way. He ended up running for 232 yards, and most of that (if not all) was in the first half.

Parrish is one of the most underrated RB's in the whole state, any class. Good size, very hard runner, very good speed and can leave you standing like you're in cement with a juke or two. I won't be shocked one bit to see Glasgow make a serious, serious run at their region title this year.

He really impressed me. I was told he grew several inches between last season and this one, and with a few more pounds of muscle I could see him playing D-I. He took some tough hits tonight and kept on chuggin' on.

Love to hear that he has turned into a tushhog of a RB. He will be very tough to defend against at any level this year. Good win for the Scotties, Hope to see them turn it on against Green....but in that sense we love to see anyone turn it on against Green!!!
