    Fredrick Douglass 2018

What does Franklin Gouglass need to do to improve in 2018? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

They should be pretty good again this season probably right behind Scott County again this season. What will be key is how the new QB blends in with the returning players. If he can throw the ball out there Douglass is very talented at the WR position. Also if they have someone who can take over running the ball the way that Jefferson Harkless did last year they will be tough to handle.

Pretty sure D-I lineman recruit Walker Parks, who holds an offer from Notre Dame IIRC, transferred to Frederick Douglass from Lexington Christian.

    Parks will help their line.

Looking at their Hudl roster they look like they have a lot of big boys and a lot of skilled kids.

Also Dekel Crowdus he was a standout big play wide-receiver last year as a freshman. He has already received offers from Western Michigan and Kentucky.

For now. I'm sure there will be an appeal.

Curious, besides Parks, who are the other 2?

Interesting. Is the KHSAA changing policy? Going from private to public has been pretty easy the last few years. Or did multiple players leaving one school for another make them get tough?

Some of you knowledgeable F D fans tell me how a relative new school got so blessed with so much football talent ? It usually takes 8-10 years for a new school to make a mark. F D arrived on the scene ready to rock and roll.
