    Frankfort 2013

What does Frankfort need to do to improve in 2013? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Youth will be the main issue with the Panthers this season. But the Dirty 30 still have the same goals.

Frankfort coming off a 11-2 finish last season has some questions going into the summer. They have lost 75% of their offense. The good news is they return a bunch of young play makers to go along with and experienced offensive line.

Frankfort switched its offense last year and went to a spread attack. This season they need to build off last season offensive success. But to do that they will need to rely on some youth in some key positions. The young man leading the offense this season will be Soph. QB Anthony Robinson. His job will make sure he gets the ball in the hands of JR WR/RB Jalen Washington early and often. Panthers will be looking to Sr. Dre Scott to step up and fill a spot in the receiving core.

Defensively the Panthers will be looking to fill vacancies on the defensive line. Looking to JR Jalen Acree and Sr. Mac Stonewall to lead the young Panther defense. Panthers will need to continue to work on run fits to find away to slow down the run game. Panthers must build some depth on the defensive front. Panthers return plenty of Second level talent. JR Chris Brooks with lead the defense from the middle backer spot.

Frankfort’s non district schedule will give them plenty of test early and often.
    Frankfort Schedule
    • Bullitt East
    • Green County
    • LCA
    • Franklin County
    • Western Hills
    • Shelby County
    • Danville

Good assessment Coach, Frankfort is always dangerous and well coached and expect this year to be no exception. Is the young man who played QB for you last year going to play college ball, I enjoyed watching that young man play.

Frankfort should be up for another great season. I am hearing they have a new Off. Coordinator though?

Thanks, just across the river from us, gives me some incentive to catch a few of their games in the next few years.

How are the Panthers shaping up after Camp?? Where do they throw down as far as scrimmages?
