    Danville 2018

What does Danville need to do to improve in 2018? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

It's going to be hard to improve on 15-0, but they will have some players ready to step in.

Really looking forward to their visit to Tates Creek this year.

@Wireman, you would know better than anyone. How many starters did Danville lose off last seasons state championship team?

They lost a lot. Only major numbers coming back will be QB Zach Thornton and Darrian Bell on defense. They certainly have some athletes who will fill in. They won't have a VanCleave and probably not a Don Harris.

Next season will be different. Not necessarily bad, but different

Wouldn’t you have rather played the State Championship team again, now you want to beat up on a bunch of young guys, that’s really not going to prove much, Oh! And they may be a little better than every one thinks

Obviously, there will be lots of questions about how the Ads fill in the holes left behind by a great senior class. Regardless of how next year goes, though, I was just happy to get a state title back in Danville for the first time in 14 seasons. It was far too long.

Danville has a really tough schedule.

Definitely will be battle tested come playoff time

    vs. Woodford County
    at Corbin
    at Boyle County
    vs. Pulaski County
    vs. Waggener
    at Garrard County
    at Tates Creek
    vs. Somerset
    at Middlesboro
    vs. LCA
