CovCath led 21-0 in the 2nd quarter.
Jack Coldiron and Luke Summe had long catch and run TDs, and CovCath Defense had a pick-6.

Hezekiah Miller of NCC beat Coldiron for leaping INT in end zone.

If that's the type of energy passion and Hart the Breds are going to play with all year it might not be fun. I was expecting a lot more. No desire by NewCath at all. SOFT. I had to leave couldn't watch anymore of it.

Breds were able to move the ball somewhat, just couldn't sustain any long drives. CovCath has some things to clean up, but it seems like the qb position is settled.

Jacob is a better passer. He went for 4 TDS. #12 is a better athlete, but I didnít think that his arm had the juice. He will be a weapon somewhere though. Kid has wheels.

Lots to get cleaned up, but overall CCH looked solid.

#12 is Tyler Reusch. He was the backup QB last year...saw very minimal passing. Like less than 5 pass plays total throughout the season once he was subbed in for AJ Mayer. Not an easy job. I know that *I'm* glad not to have played backup to a D1 athlete.

Reusch is a SOLID athlete though. Anyone there know if Reusch saw any action elsewhere during the scrimmage?

Safety near the line or an OLB. Couldnít tell where he came from, but he set a great edge.
