Class 5A Playoffs: Grayson County at South Warren

The Spartans (11-0) made quick work of the Cougars on September 14th. Gavin Spurrier only attempted ten passes, but completed eight of them with five going for touchdowns. Grayson County (8-3) could only muster 62 yards of offense versus SW's brick wall of a defense. Will we see the same story play out this week?

KHSAA website shows this game being played at Warren Central. Is that right?

The game was moved to Warren Central this morning. Id think Grayson would rather play it on as sloppy of a track as possible. While i don't think it will effect the final outcome, keep in mind that McHenry didnt play the first time around. I think South Warren still wins this by about 3 scores but McHenry makes a huge difference for the Cougars.

YES this is correct due to the rain this week and the conditions of the natural grass field at South as well as the possibility of additional rain on Friday the game has been moved to the Turf at Warren Central High School on Morgantown Road.
