Class 3A Playoffs: Paducah Tilghman vs Taylor County

Neither of these teams finished the season in the BGP Top 10. However, both spent time in the standings this season and was always hovering close. This should be a very competitive game as these teams seem to match up well on paper. Who wins?

Seems like a good matchup. I really like the way Tilghman's defense is getting to the ball the last month or so since changing the defense around.

The biggest concern for Tilghman was losing the starting quarterback with 2 games left in the season as the passing game was coming together and turning it over to a Freshman with very little experience.

He has made huge strides each week and I look for him to continue to play well.

I would expect a very quick game unless one team gets behind big early because neither team has any interest in throwing the football I think this game comes down to who is better against the run I really have no clue but I’m going PT 21-7.
