Belfry / Russell predictions
Will Russell stop the Pirates on the dream of three trips to the pizza box and get revenge for the 39-17 loss in the 2004 semi game? Will the Pirates make Russell walk the plank at their own home field and beat them for the second time in the semi game! This will all be answered next Friday as the Pond Creek Nation goes North to Russell High School!
Go Pirates!!!!!!!!!!!Advertisement

I know we will come away with the victory. However, the score will be a lot closer than tonights. Lets say Belfry 21 Russell 14.

Russell will be the biggest challenge to Belfry in awhile, as rgn 4 has been down this year with exception to Belfry and Russells competition has been better..This could be a factor, but, most likely the team that wins the battle in the trenches, wins the game. I like belfrys grind it out style running game against a usually solid Russell D..
Belfry 20 Russell 14

Nov 19, 05, 07:19 AM #15No way Russell can win the poll. Way to many Belfry fans on BGP. The game however, should be a very good one. Both teams want it bad (I hate that saying), both teams play great defense and both teams have veteran coaches who will have their teams prepared. Whoever wins the turnover battle should win this game.
