This is a good 2nd rd. matchup. If the bus ride doesn't wear the Bruins down, they can pull off a W.

Ballard's D-1 linebacker Jared Casey was ejected in the second quarter of the last game for fighting. What is the rule on eligibility for the next game? It would be a big loss if he could not play.

He will have to miss game after ejection. Big loss for Ballard.

Ouch. I always struggle picking Ballard in big games. I was already leaning toward McCracken County. That news seals the pick for me. I'll go with McCracken Co. at home.

Bus ride and the fact that Ballard football tends to be very inconsistent has me going with McCracken Co.

    McCracken - 27
    Ballard - 14

If I'm not mistaken - usually calls for a 2 game suspension.
At end of the season - it could apply to another sport - should that apply

Football is one day suspension, since shorter season than other sports, according to KHSAA rules.

Can you refer me to a Rule Reference please.
Heard of several ejections during the season which cost the player2 games.

I saw the video of the scuffle from the Courier-Journal. It’d be nice to have a press box view. It was certainly stupid. Was there any history between the schools leading up to this?

No, that is just how Ballard rolls.
