4A #5 John Hardin vs. Warren Central
Series History: Series tied 2-2
Series at John Hardin: Series tied 1-1
John Hardin picked themselves up off the mat, licked their wounds, and put the hurt on North Hardin 40-21 last week. Warren Central picked themselves up in the first quarter against McCracken County, then fell far and hard in the second quarter where they allowed 35 points and ultimately lost 56-35. The Dragons now have a 4 game losing streak carrying over from last season, and a loss here would set their longest losing skid in 20 years. To add insult to injury, this game was originally at home but renovations forced them to the road. Do the Bulldogs have anything to worry about from the now-unranked Dragons that have to visit their home?Advertisement

If JH doesn't turn the ball over and commit stupid penalties they should win. If they turn the ball over I can see WC taking this one.

Winner of this game will deserve discussion of 4A championship. Loser, oh well, will not be considered even in the polls.

I think Central is in this game like they were each of the other 2, but they seem to fade once they get tired. I would tend to think the same happens here unless Hoss' turnovers come into play.

Warren Central at John Hardin, who wins this game and why
Warren Central has struggled in its first two outings while John Hardin has played Jeckyl and Hyde. Which team will show up for John Hardin and can Warren Central put together a better effort over 4 quarters to come out of this one with a win?

I like John Hardin at home 21-14. Both teams need a win. It will be a good game.
