Drives me nuts. I want to bring it every game!!!!! Football went through the same thing. No one showed up until the LexCath game and even then it wasn’t the same energy. State Semis and State Finals everyone was a Rebel again. We have to do better. Period.

When Boyle County was up by 19 points tonight people left..... on Senior Night.

Anyways, screw this game. I’m over it. On to Thursday night. Oldham County. Last home game for the Rebels. Time to sack up and roll on with or without people. Time for the boys to come together and decide to win for one another and play hard every single play. Time for the fans to get behind the team and cheer them on to victory. Time for everyone to put their trust in this coaching staff that brought this team to the region semifinals the past two seasons and finish the deal. The Rebels can and should win the region title this year. They are definitely good enough to do so. First thing is first. Get back on track and keep working hard. Learn and grow. Learn and grow. Focus and execute. Focus and execute.

And for the record Coach Woods is an outstanding coach and an outstanding person. I enjoyed every minute I spoke with him tonight and I am grateful for that time. Thanks for the program and I truly appreciate the kind words you said about my son. It truly means a lot coming from you.

Never EVER count out a Rodney Woods- coached team. He will out-couch your team more often than not.

Rodney was the first in a line of really good coaches at Corbin High School. Followed by Hicks, Deaton , and Pietrowski. Coach Woods met his wife at Corbin. I graduated with her older sister.

Purple, how did Baker play last night? I know he's been injury plagued most of the season. He's a force when healthy.

He played great. He was a large part of the reason for their victory. He scored 20 points in the second half, finished with 24, and flat out dominated in the paint offensively. The play that they won the game on I think the focus by Boyle was to deny him the ball. They had the ball with 2.4 seconds left out of bounds in front of their bench. Instead of throwing the pass to him as expected he was more of a decoy and that set up a really good look from deep to win the game. It was a hell of a play and it was executed to perfection.

I hate that everything happened so bang bang. I think #10, Kameron Gehring, hit the game tying shot and that #11, Stetson Simpson, hit the game winning shot. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
