    Yes I'm biased but if he's not Mr. Basketball something is amiss.

    I really hope that the coaches that vote for this honor haven't let some distaste for private (or Louisville) schools cloud their judgement to the detriment of this young man.

    I agree. I think he is very deserving and I am glad I have been able to see him play at least once a year since his sophomore year and I am grateful to have seen him play all last week in Rupp. He has been a joy to follow. Watching him last summer with KYA you could see his game had elevated to another level and it was fun to see. I look forward to following his career at Boston University.

    It is done different this year. The coaches voted and 5 finalist were selected. Now it goes before a committe that will choose between the finalist. IMO I think he will get Mr. Basketball and very deserving. But if he dosn't you can't blame the coaches who voted.

    Congrats to this young man....very deserving. Like PP, I watched him play AAU ball and was impressed. I have kept up with him all year.
