Senior only award then I feel it will go to Eric Johnson. He is the best Senior in the 10th region. Dunaway is second but there is a gap between the two. Neither are the best player in the region. That goes to Allen hands down not even close. Its a shame that not all players are considered for the award honestly.

I wouldn't go that far. Don't get me wrong I think he is a very good player, but lets wait till the season is over. We will have some players that will have great seasons.

May be the only true D1 guy in the region right now.

I’m going that far like papa said the only true D1 player in the region. Been watching him since the 8th grade. Legit talent and there’s not many if any at a county high school that works harder in their craft. Maybe the prep school players do but I don’t think they work harder but just as hard as Allen.

Not sure where PC will rank as a team but they will have the best player the next 2 seasons.

Allen's size, build and skill set are comparable to Darius, but he is not at that level(but he is only a junior, so he can and may get there), thinking more Georgetown, Bellarmine or along those levels as of now. You have to be really, really, really good to play D1. He's just really good at this point. He needs an Ohmer-type run in the regional tournament or beyond to showcase his skills. I just think if PC doesn't draw NC in district tournament the next 2 years they may not make it to the Fieldhouse while he is there

Dontaie has already received at least one D-1 offer.

Keep you eyes on Jordan Graham and Brennan Canada. Both Juniors.

I too been following him since his 8th grade year too. I too saw he has talent. On working hard, do you not think that the other kids in our region do not work hard? It will be interesting this year to keep up with our kids in the 10th region and see how this all works out. Getting to the state tourney and show the talent you have is so important. Just look at Omar last year on his schollly offers before and after the tourney.

Really hope they make it to region and make some noise. Will only help in his recruitment. I think he could play for Eastern or Morehead.

Who was the offer from? What other offers does he have?

IUPUI offers lot of KY boys and some have gone there. Maybe someone else can help on who they were and how successful. I am thinking they were from the Louisville area.

He is just a Junior, some of the bigger offers don't come till their Sr year.

Where in my post did I say other kids don't work hard?? I said there isn't a kid that works harder than Allen. I'm sure the kids at GRC work hard and MoCo kids hard. Bracken kids work hard Mason, etc. Never said anything otherwise. So I don't really understand where you are coming from with your line of questioning

How do you know this? That is what I was questioning.

Still didn't say other kids didn't work hard. You can twist my words to make it sound however you want to. Been doing it for years. Fact is I didn't say the rest of the kids in the region didnt work hard. I said no kid works harder. Maybe as hard but not harder. But whatever

Now I remember why I took such a long absence from this site.

Decided to edit my post. To your bolded statement above, how do you know this? That is my question.
