Absolutely no surprise here. 2/5 of Corbin's starting five in street clothes. That amounts to 30 pts. and a dozen boards a game.

Anders had 20 and Ramey added 17 for the Cards.

Stewart and Taylor(Matthew, that is) each had 19 for the Hound Dogs.

Corbin welcomes in the defending 13th region champs, Harlan County Black Bears, on Friday.

For those who don't know, J.J. Ramey, South Laurel's outstanding Junior , was determined to be profoundly deaf at about one year of age. He wears a cochlear in his right ear. He's been offered a second implant but doesn't want to go through a second surgery. The young man is a terrific athlete. He has some major hops. He had a nice alley oop dunk tonight.

Ramey is one of the top players in the region. What level do you think he can play at in college?

Who do think I am, Gametime??? He still has another year to develop his skills but I definitely think he can play college ball somewhere. Do you know who might be looking at him?
