Scott plays an bad first half, but makes up for it in the second to survive and move on.

Great game...Campbell was up 17-6, 20-10, then 20-12 at halftime. After 3 it was tied at 25.

Campbell came out with a great defensive plan that caused problems early for Scott. Tough fought game for both teams. Sad to see the end of Brady Jolly's High School career. Great kid.

    Congrats Scott.

From what I have seen on here, that is in the realm of what CC scores night in night out. I am sure the seniors were not happy, sounds like One was saying they fought hard.

I would hope that no one comes here to bash Scott Code. He's one of the very best coaches in the area and it would be a shame if people were to blame this on him.

I think coach Code had an excellent game plan that nearly knocked the Eagles out of the tournament.

I really am not sure why you even bring this up. The game plan was very good by Campbell County and their staff. If a shot fell here and there this game would have been in favor of Campbell County.

Code had a great game plan. First two games against Scott proved that they could not run up and down the court with Scott.

Difference in halves was that Scott was able to turn CC over in second half. When you want to limit possessions like CC wanted to do you have to almost be perfect.

Give Campbell County credit for a great game plan and executing it very well but Scott deserves some credit as well for hanging tough and grinding out a win.

I thought Kellen Smith stepped it up a notch in the second half to make the difference in the game. The move he put on McGovney down the lane late in the game when he dished it off for an assist was phenomenal.

What a great game in Alexandria last night. Camels came out hard and really had Scott frustrated in the first half.

Congrats to the Camel Seniors for an awesome year!! Good luck Brady, Alex, Greg, Jordan, Erich and Cody in wherever life takes you.

IMO, the turning point was the intentional foul called on Jordan Smith. I am biased but he was clearly going for the ball to contest the layup. It was a 4 point swing and really swung the momentun to the Eagles.

On a side note, the trips enjoyed their first live basketball experience (except for that buzzer thing).

I'm sorry if we disagree, but that was the correct call to make, and one that had to be made. Jordan wrapped O'Conner up while in the air, which is why the IF was called. I do agree that it was the turning point in the game though.

IF was a turning point, but other mistakes contributed to loss. I think the game plan was the only way to beat Scott. I wish we had more of the size that Scott had last night.
