Page 4 of Word is that Buddy Biggs resigned. Seems like this will be an attractive job on the surface.... 221 comments | 56511 Views | Go to page 1 →

I really thought a Feldhaus would be the next long-term coach of the Royals.

Ha! Not a chance in that district. Mason makes it to region every year, even with a down talent pool.

Maybe you didn’t see Brad Cox ruin the girls team.

In four seasons the least number of wins he had was 19. The other three were 20+ win seasons. How does that qualify as "ruined"?

Brad Cox is a fine coach, a better person and a good friend.
He is on the laid-back side in the personality department.

At this time, I really think Mason County is in need of a butt-kicker. Someone who will instill some fear into the players, let them know without doubt who is the boss, make them walk the line, show respect and shorten the leash.

Jim Mitchell and Allen Feldhaus have both already coached there.

Not even sure they have any interviews set up to date, just the preliminary plan is to start next Tuesday.

It will be interesting to see who the candidates will be. I think they had some good candidates the year Buddy got the job. Wonder if some of those same names are still interested.

If only there was someone who has been around Mason County athletics for so long that his name is synonymous with the school, we could probably get some info & maybe some of his candy.

    He wasn't talking about you.

And I'm out of the loop these days. Haven't heard a thing.
