Nobody wants to listen to you. Eat your meatloaf, or I'm getting the plumber's helper.

Local names not on the previous list...

    Willie Feldhaus (Former Male Head)
    Brad Cox (Mason girls)
    Chris Stapleton (Fleming)
    Brian Kirk (Augusta)
    Robbie Graham (GRC girls)
    Jordan Gilbert (Madison Central ast.)

The administration at Mason will get this one right. Look forward to the future of Royals basketball!

This is a better list but with Graham as Hinson before, I believe you have to be a teacher.

Some alumni and former players at Mason County reached out to current Adair County coach Deron Breeze about the position. Breeze who is originally from Mason County said he has no interest in the position.

I'm not knocking Mason County, but until the talent pool gets deeper this job will never be what it once was. I'm quite sure Coach Biggs would agree.

Mason County's AD is Chris Ullery. He and I coached football together for the Royals. Chris was a tremendous football and head baseball coach. He is also an outstanding leader that loves Mason County HS and the kids in that building. Working for Chris, with a great facility like the Fieldhouse, along with the Royals tradition makes it a very attractive job.

Disregard any rumors you hear. Chris is a professional. He won't be playing games, leaking info, etc.

Chris Ullery will hire the best possible basketball coach for the Royals. Somebody is going to get a great job with an even better boss.

I’ve spoke to Stapleton and he has no desire to leave Flemingsburg. He’s very happy, and loving the opportunity to build his own program.

Hey Chief...I don't see why you couldn't make a grand return to Mason County as the BASKETBALL COACH. You could instill that football mentality into them!

That would put the WORST HS basketball player in the history of the Commonwealth in charge of the Royals! LOL.

Ullery will get it done. The Royals will get them an outstanding coach!

Does the coach have to be a teacher just for basketball, cause softball coach isn`t a teacher.
