      My sources tell me that Keith Adkins will be named the new head boys basketball coach at Paintsville High School next week.

      I'm not buying this one. I haven't talked to anyone at Campbellsville yet but this seems highly unlikely to me.

      He had an outstanding career at a Paintsville High School. I could see this happening because Keith is well thought of in Paintsville.

      I would be surprised to see Keith leave a good job at Campbellsville for Paintsville.

      There is some validity to this rumor according to someone who I consider to be a good source. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.

      That would be the wishes of most of the Paintsville residents, but I don't think BMR wants to do that.

      It was closer to a done deal than people think. Everyone's sources were solid. No one knew Adkins was going to have a change of heart until he had it.
