    He has been back for a couple weeks now...was running and dunking three weeks later.

    From talking to a him, the injury wasn't as serious as hyped to be. He is wearing a knee brace but that is simply as a precaution. He could play without it and be fine.

    I saw him at practice a week or so ago and he looked just as explosive when running and cutting.

    Good to hear that it's not too serious. Looking forward to him having a great senior season, and make some noise in college too. Would hate to see anything get in the way of that for him. He's a special player.

    Big props to James. I hope his basketball career in Morgantown is filled with success and I hope he uses Ricardo as a role model on how to get the degree. Win and win.
