It's been a long time since Highlands has had a point guard that can handle the Rock like Posey can.

Not to take anything away from Highlands...they played hard and wanted it more! However their defense isn't responsible for taking Allen out of this game! He scored 20 points in 2nd half(sitting most of 3rd in foul trouble). The 1st half Allen WAS takin out of his game but it wasn't by Highlands

Anytime you start a sentence with I am not or Not to take anything away....You generally are what you are saying you aren't and you are taking a lot away. Nice 10th post.

Jacob Noe is a sophomore that can fill it up from beyond the arc. He has a nasty step back. Seen him play over the summer with his AAU team and he filled it up from beyond the arc the couple times I saw him play. Seems like he would see more time varsity time.

Coach L is a very good monitor of talent and I am sure he has a good handle on things. Jacob has a bright future and needs to continue working hard and it will pay off.

Jacob Noe will be very good a big step from JV to Varsity ball. You have to do other things as well. I am sure he knows what he needs to work on.

Interesting thing was "the run" of the game occurred in the late 3rd quarter with a small lineup that pressed full court and was never to be seen again and quite possible never again.

I am certain going basketball only will pay huge dividends for next year. The other in the program has shown what a difference it makes in their overall game! Even the biggest football supporters myself included will state that your basketball only's have to be at there best. As evident in the Dayton wins.

Agreed a big run with both Finfrock and LaFrange on the bench and turned the game around; however those two lead the team in rebounds. Finfrock (monster) on the boards and LaFrange a distant second. Relatively easy guard play has been inconsistent. Just look at the turnovers. Obviously they handle the ball a ton more but I would be interested in the number of assists from forwards like Daughery and LaFrange versus the two guards. They kick it and become unselfish they win ball games.

One of the funniest Quotes I have ever heard. A direct one from TJB!

I know everyone played there part for sure. I think Finfrock had around 15 rebounds. Per Khsaa. I would say Posey had at least 5 assist (2 down right nasty no lookers late in the game to Finfrock). An your right LaFrange an Daughtery had a bunch of nice assists. It was a well played second half to get the taste of winning against a pretty good team.
