    Elizabethtown 85 John Hardin 67

Was very surprised when I saw this score as Etown picks up a very solid win at home over a district opponent and perhaps 5th region favorite in John Hardin. John Hardin will need to bounce back quickly as they play North Hardin tonight and Adair County on Monday.

Did Wright or Pearson play for John Hardin?

Yep; they both did and this was no fluke, they marched into Etown and got their butts kicked. Hopefully they'll stop reading the press clippings and get back to work.

I’m surprised by the margin. But not the loss. ETown has a group that’s played together for awhile. John Hardin has a couple of nice players. But as a team, they’ve been pretenders all season. Looking at their schedule, who have they played? Oldham County beat the snot out of them. And they’re down by Oldham standards.

John Hardin has an impressive win over a solid Paducah Tilghman team, even though Tilghman's point guard did not play in that game it's still a solid win.

John Hardin @ Adair County on Monday night should be a really fun one. Both top 5 in points per game in the state and with two of the states best players in Pearson and Harmon.

Yeah, I think they're middle of the pack. Not a bad team but I don't think they're one of the top teams. They got a couple of good wins.

I agree with dog nation. They got smacked by Etown. John wasn’t ready to play and Etown was on this night. John has several wins for sure, but other than PT they don’t have any real “quality” wins over opponents with strong records. I think John will beat Adair because Adair tries not to play any defense and John should outscore them in a shootout. John has more overall weapons from what I have seen this year. If John gets in any foul trouble at all they are in trouble. Little to no bench at all from what I saw. Foul trouble hurt them at Etown on Thursday.

Looks like they both played and had over 20 points a piece. Great win for E-town.
