Heard Mars is good. But can find anything that says they are even ranked in Pennsylvania? Max preps don’t even have them in the top 50 in any class.

Wow, Mars' Carmody had 30 points in 13 minutes and 5 fouls. Looking at Andrew Taylor's 15 out of 17 free throw shooting it looks like Mars was unable to shut him down because he also hit 10 out of 15 from the field. Looks like Corbin's Taylor is a real Mr. Ky candidate.

I think the Stewart kid is taking the pressure off taylor. He may be better than taylor. Stewart not allowed to shoot as much looks like or he could be special. Great talent.

Rankings and polls are iffy, no? Here's USA TODAY's latest PA computer ranking which has them at #23 overall.

Makes that a nice win for Corbin?

That poll has the 13th region stout. Knox Central 16 Corbin 20 and South Laurel 25. Pretty close I would say.

I was wondering this too. Is this the Redhound Classic, which has historically been a very good tourney?

City of Palms is a very prestigious tourney...no surprise here to me; Andrew Taylor doing what Andrew Taylor does.

If Taylor could play defense he would be at a much higher level. Maybe he can’t afford to get in foul trouble who knows. I think this is the reason he didn’t go to a higher level college. A lot of kids can score but very few can score and play defense. Great offensive talent though.
