    Carbondale 59 Paducah Tilghman 41

All around terrible effort by the Tornado tonight. There were a lot of variables at play which possibly affected the outcome, but in the end, Tilghman falls way short.

I'll chalk this one up as an anomaly and see how we respond tomorrow night in the 3rd place game.

J.J. Reed led Tilghman with 11 points while Rod Thomas and Trey Workman added 8 pts each. Tilghman only managed 8 rebounds in the 2nd half.

Charleston was leading Graves 28-25 at the half.

I'd say Graves is a better matchup for Tilghman than Charleston but if the Tornadoe play like they did tonight they'd lose to a lot of teams.

Very true. I'm hoping this was a one time deal. They have to come out and play their game tomorrow. Back to back losses could really change the confidence of a team in a hurry.

I felt like before this game their confidence should've been sky high after beating Christian County, Marshall and Graves recently. I'm hoping to make it to the games tomorrow.

A Graves victory in double overtime sets up a Tilghman/Charleston game for 3rd place in the Superman Classic tomorrow night.

Carbondale will play Graves for the Championship of the tournament.

Should be a couple of pretty good ball games.

I may come and watch both games. They should be pretty good. My early prediction is Carbondale wins the championship and Tilghman wins the third place game.

I agree. If my plans don't change, I should also be able to make it for the games tomorrow.
