Well geez .....just admit it already

It's harder and harder for David to beat Goliath

It's not about Cinderella ....it's about money and the KHSAA makes a ton off the tournament at the expense of the Cinderellas.

If you can't see the statistical advantage to having 600 more boys, I can't help you

    Try taking a stats class

Wrong!!!!! David defeated Goliath. I said it's good for the sport if a small group of young people, who have played together as a unit since 2nd or 3rd grade and middle school and varsity and know each other like the back of their hand, make it to the state. That's the kind of team that the crowd gets behind. You see the glass half empty and I see it half full. Why are you obsessed with being right ? I just say a prayer that these young people not be injured and learn life lessons. And learn to work together as a group. And realize that there is a wonderful life out there after basketball.

I see.....so it's only good for the "Davids"????

If they went at a disadvantage you wouldn't use the biblical reference

ADVANTAGE is what I've been saying all along

Sounds like somebody wants basketball classified. Always an interesting debate. I'm not one of them, but I understand why some do.

Here's a big shocker…correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Knothole umpires in CC primarily made up of KIDS. Most are high school, some do not even have driver's licenses.

Am I to believe that you banged on a Knothole umpire, got called out (regardless of who did it) and somehow that behavior lends credibility to your comments ?

Again, the problem with kids sports is:……...

Shelby Valley 2010. It was a glorious win for a school with less than 600 enrolled….

First of all, I challenged an umpire's ruling

The league rules allow that a coach can question a "rules" call....it wasn't a safe or out or balls or strikes

The league rules also state the opposing coach is NOT ALLOWED to inject himself

You weren't there .....you don't have a clue and I don't think the guy is a bad coach because he's a jerk.....plenty of jerks are good coaches

He's just not one of them

This has to do with the Campbell Vs Augusta game how? Axe to grind here about what was apparently a traumatic Knot Hole Experience. Is there a Knot Hole League forum this can be moved to?

When you lose games with a 6'10" big man with loads of talent and he only takes 4 or 5 shots ..... at some point .... a logical person would blame the guy who dictates the game plan

Morgan. ....I'm not the one bringing up Knothole

Camel fans bring it up because they can't admit their coach is why they're 11-11

Any why was it a glorious day?

Because David was not supposed to beat Goliath

    My point exactly

untrue in this case...that SV team was 32-4 and was the best team in the state all year. They just happened to be a small school.

I've never said it is impossible for a small school to win a state championship....I've contended all along its MORE DIFFICULT

    Small schools have fewer boys

You can win a lottery with one ticket

But your chances go up if you buy 10.....or 1000 or 10,000
