Bears have a lot of beef on the sked this year: Villa Madonna, Williamstown, St. Patrick (twice), Bellevue (twice), Ludlow, Dayton, Frankfort Christian.

Also have Pendleton (twice), Mason, Campbell, Robertson (twice), Paris. Yes the schedule is overall weaker but I mean you can’t blame them.

Pendleton twice! Yikes. I guess Pendleton needs wins too.

Everyone tries to schedule winnable games. Pretty dumb not to. Kids deserve some success.

I’ve always said that a schedule should be challenging but not a total gauntlet. Some probable wins, some competitive games with teams who play different styles, and some against superior competition.
