While competitive within the region, 3rd region teams have not faired well against outside competition. The top 5 teams have some bad losses to Warren East and Madisonville. Meanwhile top ranked teams Warren Central and John Hardin have also had their way with 3rd region opponents. The 3rd has a ways to go before they can prove they can hang with top state competition.
