It rotates between Pulaski and Lincoln every year. Centralized location for everyone in the region with two gyms that can fit capacity crowds.

Interesting. A bit of Rebel Pride there which can be respected. I love the consistency in the Boyle Co program nonetheless.

If it is only based on your opinion than I understand and that's fine. Stats on KHSAA disagree when you base it on starters. Pulaski has the best stats from starters. Mercer is 2nd and Boyle 3rd and I only looked at those 3 teams. There may be another team that has 5 better starters stats wise. They are close between the 3.

What stat categories are you using? If we’re going to factor in shooting percentages, assists, steals, blocks, team defense and turnovers then I’d love to see those analytics.

The only public stats are on KHSAA. Avg the 5 starters points per game, FG%, 3pt % FT% and Reb. I don't think KHSAA lists assists, steals blocks. He said Boyle had the best starting 5 not team stats. End of the day it is just the opinion that Boyle has the best 5 starters and it really doesn't matter when it comes tourney time. Everybody played a full season and Mercer was the only team to go undefeated in the 12th region. From that alone you would have to say they had the best regular season of all teams in the region. That means nothing when it comes to tournament time as all stats and records are thrown out the window. You don't get a prize for having the best team in the region over a 3 month span. It only comes down to a one game scenario and the best team doesn't always win in a one game scenario.

I was curious. He said in his opinion that Boyle County had the best starting five and then KHSAA stats were brought into the equation. From top to bottom I’ll take Boyle County’s starting five in the region over any other starting five. I think Mercer County and a few other teams are deeper teams in terms of their bench.

It's always a crazy tournament in 12th. Boyle only beat them by 7 a week or two ago. No one is immune to defeat!

Southwestern is a bit of an upset. Pulaski at home, Mercer, and Somerset are no surprise.

Home court advantage. Home court advantage. Home court advantage. Blah blah blah blah.

Once again the host team loses in the 12th Region Tournament.
