    An absolutely brilliant pitching performance by Doug Teegarden. Very good fastball, killer curveball, impeccable control - he was lights out from the first pitch to the last. And also added a 2-run HR in the 1st inning, which was more than Boone needed in this one.

    Is Teegarden a lefty hitter? I remember a kid with a really good stroke from the left side against HC earlier.
