    No-brainer decision at this point.

I really thought he would do much better than he did.

Unfortunate, but probably the right call. I'm very interested to see who he throws his support behind.

Honest question...does he become a VP candidate for anyone?

I would think so. A lot of the conservative base doesn't see eye to eye with him, but he has the potential to attract moderates and more conservative democrats IMO.

I have a very hard time seeing Paul as a VP candidate. Too ideologically different in too many ways for someone to pick him and feel comfortable that Paul will promote the Presidential agenda. For the same reasons, I am not sure Paul would want to be VP.

A report says he got out before NH in order to help work against Trump.

To be fair, he was never really in to begin with.

Agreed. It was never a matter of him being a contender. Just an interesting sideshow.

    No

His dad was able to get young voters behind him several years ago. Rand for what ever reason has not be able to do that.

Now if we could only get him out of that senate seat.

Good move on his part. He never really was a factor. Too many other distractions in this race for most to seriously consider him. In a normal season, he'd be the outsider candidate/third party guy that the establishment would fear. Seems like he was shouted down by larger voices.

Agreed. You want your VP candidate to be a cheerleader and a bulldog for the main candidate on the campaign trail. Paul is highly invested in his own ideas and I don't think would do that particularly well.
