Some of her emails contained names of spy's and their contacts.

If it is found that her lack of concern, arrogance and incompetence got one of them killed she should get same exact punishment as Ethal Rosenberg

Hillary and the Weiner woman should be locked up or worse for allowing the enemy to be able to hack into the unprotected personal server and find hot this secret stuff.

Is that purely speculation on your part, or just purely speculation on your part?

A fact is what he is saying

I'm telling you she knows too much dirt and it's either she is going to be Pres because of it or killed because they are afraid she will spill the beans

Or it's already set that she will win

In the end, anyone, including Mrs. Clinton should be indicted if the facts bear out that she broke the law. I don't think anyone disagrees with that.

It is pretty much fact that she broke the law. The law does not give her a break if she passed along classified information on her private server. Whether it is classified at the time does not matter. Also, as the freaking Sec of State, don't you think she should know what is classified or not, whether it has a stamp on it or not? Does anyone really think she wouldn't know if something was vitally important (classified) when some of the emails now are so secretive that the State Dept won't even release redacted versions? What gets me is that people think she is so smart but then will give her a pass on doing something so incredibly STUPID as using a personal server to get and receive classified information. Amazing...

This is so true and is her only chance to avoid indictment IMO. My guess is there have been conversations between HRC and BO where she has told him that if you send Loretta Lynch to indict me, I will take you down with me. You cannot convince me that BO did not converse with HRC on her private email server. If he did, then he is culpable too. I just saw this morning that they now have an email between Kerry and HRC that has a bunch of redacted stuff on it. He is now probably involved.

The whole Clinton Foundation is a scam to launder money for her campaign, personal gain, and nest egg for Chelsea
I could not agree more with this post...

There is smoke (coincidences) where the Clinton Foundation got money from foreign countries and then the country got special favors from the US Govt.

I have heard that this is part of the FBI investigation.

Like some of the others here, I think its a given that she broke the law. I dont think thats even in question at this point. And what gets me even more is that some are ok with it based on party lines.

    The liberals like to say

Well the republicans did the same thing

Well actually I dont recall anyone just being so grossly negligent due to arrogance that risked our spies and contacts.

If it comes to light her known ignorance got one killed she should be charged with murder.

It's not given she has broken the law. That may be proven in court or it may not due to not enough evidence. That has little to do with party lines and more to do with the justice system.

At the end of the day, BO will just pardon her.
