Mrs. Clinton is doing everything in her power to pass this and full ratification of the "Law of the Sea Treaty." Which is just as threatening to our nation's sovereignty and takes away power from the people.

I heard Dick Morris talking about this yesterday. According to Morris if the POTUS signs this and Reid never brings it to the floor for a vote it is enforceable until it is voted on. So as long as the Dems control the Senate and Obama is in office this unvoted on treaty will in play.

"14. Recognizing the legitimate international trade and lawful private ownership and use of conventional arms exclusively for, inter alia, recreational, cultural, historical and sporting activities for States where such ownership and use are permitted or protected by law;"

Emphasis added.

They seem to have left out 'the Peoples defense of their Constitution'.
