    What don't you like?

That's why I handcuffed him with McDadden.

McFadden isn't as good as Elliott. I also thought I read somewhere that Dallas had two linemen hurt, but I don't know the seriousness of the injuries. I just don't trust McFadden. He has been around for years and hasn't been able to keep a number one RB anywhere he has been. I am not sold on Ty at RB. Gore has lost steps and without Luck to keep the defense honest how good will he be. I don't know much about Chris Thompson other than they wanted him to be the man last year and he can't take the job from Fat Rob. RB is tough. It's the most challenging position for me this year. I love Cooks. Tate and Garçon are okay. To me White isn't rosterable (yeah, it's a word). Late pick on TE and got Witten isn't horrible, but I bet it's below average compared to the TE starters in the league. I am not familiar with keeper leagues, so that adds a wrinkle. Plus I am no one, just sharing my breakdown.

One last thing I left out. I like Ginn and Mathews. Great value that late, but still not sure they can be consistent enough to consider every week.

No really this the last thing. Cousins at QB is just a guy. He ranks about 11-15 on the lists I trust. He will be okay, but to me he is more of a QB by committee guy to use when he has good matchups only.

You mean Chicago's #1 receiver isn't even worth having on a roster? Seriously?

Disagree big time on Cousins. I would love to see a list that has him ranked 15th.

15th may be a bit low, but with QBs if you can't get Brady, Rodgers, Brees, or Ryan, you're better off just waiting and grabbing one late. There's very little difference between the 2nd tier of 10-12 guys IMO.

I may have overstated my opinion. With Meredith out, White is a top 40 WR with some upside, if the QB play holds up and he stays healthy.

Rodgers, Brady, Ryan, Brees, Wilson, Winston, Scam, Carr, Rivers, Ben, Mariota, and Dak are ranked higher on the site I use. Based on their projections he comes in with the tier 11-13.

Cousins has been a top 5 fantasy quarterback three seasons in a row now.

I immediately dropped Meredith and grabbed White. Doubt White ever sniffs my lineup, but you shouldn't pass on a #1 no matter the player, QB, or team.

He was 10th in 2015. 5th last year. Even so, his per week average was only 3 points better than the 18th ranked QB last year. I'd rather solidify the rest of my roster and use a later pick on a QB that's going to almost equal his output. Just a difference in draft strategy.

I worry about Cousins if Reeds gets hurt. I'm hoping he and Crowder become a nice combo this season though.

Losing DJax hurts Cousins more than I think people want to admit. The ability to stretch the field, sure opens a lot of things up for Cousins.

In saying all that, I think waiting and taking a guy like Cousins while landing some better RBs & WRs is a good strategy.

If you want to play that game he's only three points below being the second-ranked quarterback.

    Agreed.

Which is why you'll never see me with one of the top QBs or ever drafting one before the later rounds of the draft (in a standard format league). It's not worth the trade-off IMO.

I've found most of the teams that win in FF don't have the best QBs.
