    Section 1 to stipulate that the automatic ineligibility provisions for students under
    penalty would require that such be a “legal” penalty, and not a school imposed
    penalty such as temporary suspension or demerits. This proposal would make a
    corresponding amendment to Bylaw 7.

    create a new bylaw to restrict the awarding of financial aid that is not need based.

    The vote was on scantron ballots.

    There is no record of who voted for or against.

    I can tell you 2 schools who didn't vote for it.

    I'm pleased that the Breckinridge offering and most of Sexton's proposals failed to even achieve a majority.

    Please tell me one time Franklin-Simpson has been stopped in the playoffs by a private school. Shouldn't schools like that worry about beating the other public schools before taking the cowards way out?
