Should armed home invader get probation because judge thinks victims are racist?

Page 2 of I'd like to see Bill O'Reilly take this one on. He has no trouble going after judges (Jessica's law). He should expose this moron on national TV...... 32 comments | 1812 Views | Go to page 1 →

That's funny, I was thinking of adding a post about a bad week for judges.

Go ahead. I won't argue if there are more incidents like this one.

This judge needs to be removed from the bench.

I didn't read the link. Are we saying the guy who came into the house got probation SOLELY BECAUSE of the victim's impact statement? That can't be right.

Seems like the judges disdain for the victims may have been a mitigating factor in his decision. No other reason that I can see that the judge would have given someone probation for an armed home invasion. Judge seemed to want to make a statement (right or wrong) with his sentencing.

The penalty for armed robbery should NEVER be probation.
Don't care the age, circumstance, whatever.

Blaming a 3 year old for being afraid of anything is pure stupidity.
In this case it certainly isn't the parent's fault that the black guys broke into the house and scared the bejesus out of her.

This judge has no business behind the bench.

His online presence has disappeared. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and even his personal web page are all gone.

There is however Fire Judge Stevens Facebook page and a Support Judge Steven Facebook page.

Do not google this. You will hate white people in reply.

I don't get it. This is the same judge who gave the police recruit the maximum for rape and sodomy back in 2013 or whenever it was. He told him to accept responsibility for his actions. Is there more to this particular case than we know?
