Page 11 of No surprise here...she's claiming self defense. Not a chance that's true. Ryan's visitation and funeral are this late this afternoon and this evening.... 178 comments | 26936 Views | Go to page 1 →

Man... don't you know those 10-12 dudes feel like they dodged a bullet.

That would be "the Criminal" as we affectionately called him. LOL

BTW, at last check he still owns Softball City.

NEWPORT — A Kentucky notary faces charges in connection with forged signatures on a petition to move a high-profile murder retrial.

News outlets report Brittany Young pleaded not guilty to 28 counts of felony forgery on Tuesday. Police documents show that Young confessed to collecting only three authentic signatures for the petition to move Shayna Hubers' retrial out of northern Kentucky.

Police records show Young's employer returned 156 signatures. Prosecutors say only 38 were legitimate.

Hubers was convicted of killing her boyfriend, Ryan Poston, in 2015, but the conviction was overturned when a juror was found to be a convicted felon. Huber's attorneys David Eldridge and Jeff Lawson had said they were unaware of the forgeries.

Young is scheduled for a court hearing Aug. 21.

Hubers' retrial is scheduled for January 2018.

Amazing, they make sure a convicted felon gets on the original jury so they can nullify a verdict later, then they commit fraud to get the retrial moved.

When she is found guilty again, I hope they send her straight to the chair and take her attorneys with her.

If she was found guilty the first time, would the prosecution be able to petition for a mistrial because of the felon on the jury?

There is a picture of a crazy looking woman on the wall in one of my daughter's classrooms. There is a sign that says "Big Shayna is watching you." After several weeks of prodding the teacher finally told them about the photo. He had a Graduate Level Class with her at the time of the murder and told the students what a wack-a-do that she was in class (once excused herself from working on a team project because she needed to brush her hair). One of his students back then found her mugshot and gave her crazy eyes and posted it on the wall with that sign and it's been there ever since.

When my daughter told me about it, I remembered that there was a thread on here about it.

Hubers' defense team is trying to have the judge throw out the video footage of her at the police station, pointing to her nose and saying, "“I shot him right here. I gave him the nose job he wanted.”

They are claiming she had asked for an attorney and continued to be questioned. Prosecutors are contesting, claiming that she was speaking freely without questioning.

Prosecutor: 'Shayna Hubers Show' statements should be part of retrial

Seems fairly inappropriate for a school classroom....and fairly inappropriate for the teacher to hold her up as an icon...my opinion
