You are welcome to feel that way about the public school system
I don't care what church your a member of and if we get into that discussion in this thread it will be moved to another forum. On the whole "teaching and belief" thing...all I know and was taught that people are all equal regardless of race, religion, etc. etc..

When my daughter was a freshman in high school( a private one ) she was on the freshman volleyball team . There was another girl on this team that did not have the playing talent of some of the other girls , but she played commensurate with her ability . Both also played club ball. When they became sophomores my daughter was on the Jv team and later was moved to varsity . The other girl did not make the team and so became the team statistican. Between sophomore and junior year a coach from a public highschool approached the statistican at a club tournament where she was playing and told her that if she transfered to his school he would play her on his team. She did and he did. The girl's father told me this story. The coaches at my daughters school did not fight this so the second girl got to play varsity volleyball her junior and senior year at the second school whereas she would have stayed statistican at the first school. Was this illegal , was this recruiting ?
