There are scouting agencies to help you put stuff together and contact some people if you have a coach that isn't as willing or doesn't have the time.Advertisement

If your coach is not helping you put something together then I would go with

We chose one that we thought the coach would help kids get into college.......we was wrong. Regardless of what anyone might say......he helped 1 get into college. The others has to do for themselves.
Feb 22, 08, 04:39 PM #19The problem with depending on your coach, is that most coaches have a limited circle of schools that they have a relationship with and that is it. So if those schools don't have an opening at your position or if you're not interested in those schools, then you are in trouble if you are depending on your coach to get you a scholarship. However, if you do the leg work, and get a school looking. I would bet that there are very few coaches that wouldn't try to help by making phone calls and writing letters for you.
