A bettor at a William Hill sportsbook in Nevada placed an $18,000 money-line bet on LSU to beat Troy straight-up. The bet would have netted $1,000. Troy beat LSU 24-21. LSU was a 20.5-point favorite.

Home teams are supposed to wear dark jerseys at home in college football according to the rules. They can wear white, but only if they have worked it out with the visiting team before the season.

This is what happens when you hire your defensive line coach to be your head coach... LSU set their program back about 4 years by hiring Orgeron.

LSU paid Troy $985k to play. Do you think they get a refund?

Sam Letton, junior TE and son of former LexCath coach Bill Letton, did get a 6 yard reception for the Trojans during the game.

With a handful or two of exceptions, LSU has worn white at home since 1958. So there must be some agreement somewhere or something else that gets around that rule.

LSU's just named "Head Coach" and interim tag removed may be interim again.

So happy for Neal and his players. Truly one of the most genuine people that I know.
