    Oregon 7 Michigan State 6

This was the hardest game I have ever watched.
Both teams should be ashamed of themselves for this showing.
Though after all was said and done the better team was able to post the win.

Do you think the long layoff between the end of the regular season and their Bowl appearances, effects these teams top performances, and the team with the superior individual athletes have an advantage????

I do think the layoff takes away from all of the teams, with the exception of Bama and Clemson. Those two are on a different level. Oregon was much more talented and as far as skill players goes they were even more talented. So yes the teams with the superior individual athletes have an advantage.

The kicking game killed Michigan State. Shanked first 50 yarder and froze on the other. Another example of the kicking game not being good at the highest level of college football.

I agree. The kicking game for Michigan State was as bad as most high school teams, that I have watched this season.

Was it anywhere as bad as the Cheezit Bowl? That one was horrible.
