Early in the season so polls don't mean a lot at this time. Oregon against Auburn and LSU the last 2 years tell me all I need to know about the ducks.

Oregon looked "quick on quick" to me----on both sides of the ball. Whether they can stop a power running game, I don't know.

Colt Lyerla is one big man when he lines up in the backfield for Oregon. Looks like Tebow and wears the #15.

Oregon looks great against the PAC 10 as they have over the past couple of seasons. I can't give them the nod over a top SEC team until they beat one.

I love the SEC but to say the ducks are just style points is looking through some tinted lenses. It's wasn't like auburn beat the crap out of them. We'll see in jan how it sorts out

Just saying the pollsters seemed to be more impressed with Oregon's big win over the small margin by LSU.
