Thanks for posting. I’m planning to go down to Lindsey Wilson this weekend. Should be a great game.

FYI, it’s technically not a bracket but is reseeded each week with regards to winners and geography.

Thanks for the correction. I'm interested to see how LWC does against an MSFA team. Concordia lost to USF in the last seconds of their game when USF blocked a FG attempt that would have won the game for CUAA but USF picked it up and ran it back for the winnng TD.

There are 4 teams from the Mid South Conference as well. The Blue Raiders are ready to go 1 and 0 four more times.

Sounds like the kicker won the game against Cumberlands (KY) for the Blue Raiders with a FG in the 4th quarter and set a record in the process.

Congratulations to LWC for their undefeated record and a #6 ranking in the final coaches' top 25 poll of the season. Good luck to them in the playoffs.

Would not say he won the game, but did stretch the lead to 2 scores which was huge. Now everyone starts 0 to 0 and all play to be 1 and 0 that week. Good luck to your son’s team and hopefully they can play LWC for the national championship.

NAIA Kentucky Teams in National Tournament

Lindsey Wilson College and University of the Cumberlands both earned spots in the NAIA National Tournament announced Sunday.

LWC will host 2 time national champions St. Francis out of Fort Wayne, Indiana this Sat. Nov. 23 at Noon.

UC will travel to West Palm Beach, Fla. to take on Keiser University also this Sat.

LWC is making it's 5th appearance in it's short history and UC it's 9th.

LWC earned it's spot by winning the Bluegrass division of the Mid South Conf. UC was also in the Bluegrass division with it's only loss coming at the hands of LWC. UC earned an at-large bid.

Good luck to both of the Ky. schools.

The Cumberlands/Keiser game can be viewed at the following link:

    Keiser University Video Portal

There may be a charge for it. I've never used that portal before. I plan on watching it on my phone while at the Memphis/South Florida game, though.

Would you say that NAIA football is about equivalent to NCAA Division 2....or better or worse? NAIA gives scholarships if I'm not mistaken.

About equivalent to Division 2. Yes they do give some scholarship money and when combined with other forms of aid can be quite the package.
