    Golson to transfer From ND

    Per Brett McPornstash of ESPN.

QB Everett Golson transferring from Notre Dame, but to where? | CollegeFootballTalk

Following months of speculation, it appears quarterback Everett Golson is officially on the move. Brett McMurphy of ESPN.com reports (via Twitter) Golson will transfer from Notre Dame in search of a new football home for the 2015 season.

Golson will be eligible to compete right away in 2015 if he moves to another FBS school.

I already thought he was gone. Crazy though in how his situation has faltered.

Whatever happened to the LSU rumors? Do they have their Qb of the future?

Certainly seems like he was at least told there was a good chance he wasn't the guy.

What's the other guy's name? Zaire, right? Did he start the bowl game?

He needs a waiver to be eligible to compete in the SEC because of his academic issue at Notre Dame. I wish him well.

What kind of waiver? He is a college graduate from Notre Dame.

LSU makes a ton of sense. I'm not sure he is the perfect stylistic fit, but Coach Cameron will make it work.
